Thanks to the heating mantle, the magnetic stirrer SBS-LHM-2000 is ideal for round-bottom flasks which are often used for mixing liquids in laboratories. The shape of the lab heating mantle encases the round-bottom flasks and optimally transfers the set temperature to the entire liquid. The magnetic stirring with heating mantle is ideal for chemical plants, in research, the petroleum industry, and wherever liquid substances need to be reliably stirred. Round containers with a capacity of up to 2 L can fit inside the magnetic stirrer's heating mantle. You can adjust the temperature and stirring speed via the control panel with buttons and an LED display. The heating mantle with magnetic stirrer stands out with its rapid heating time and reaches temperatures of up to 300 °C. The stirring speed at which the magnetic stir bar moves inside the liquid can be set up to 1,800 rpm. Even viscous substances can be reliably mixed. The heating mantle is firmly installed in a cast aluminium housing and, thanks to its alkali-free fibreglass construction, offers a secure hold for round glass flasks. A stand, two thermal sensors, and stand mounts are included in delivery for immediate use.
