The WaterWear Top is constructed with 2mm- thick neoprene with strategically placed breathability on the side torso as well as wind-blocking areas for warmth. The small details count. We added glide skin cuffs and neck seal, an anti-slip bottom hem and a loop for connecting to your shorts. This top is designed to be worn with other WaterWear products such as the Water Wear Salopette.
